Returns
You may return any item within 30 days of delivery for a full product-price
refund as long as the item is in new condition, with original packaging
and accessories. Simply include a copy of your order shipment notice
(or your order # and full contact details) in your returned package.
Upon receipt of your returned item with shipment notice, we’ll
issue a credit and notify you by email.
Incorrect, Damaged or Defective Item?
Please contact us immediately through our Contact Form so we can send you a replacement. We’ll also
provide free return shipping if the return is a result of our error.
If you purchased your product more than 30 days ago AND/OR after using

International Orders
We are not set up to process international
orders. We only accept U.S. credit cards, U.S. money orders or cashier’s
checks. For U.S. money orders and/or cashier’s checks we need
to wait for receipt and confirmation of funds.
Shipping internationally is expensive. Please expect a minimum of
$50 per order. If you would like to know in advance what the shipping
would be, you must e-mail us by using our Contact
Form with the products and quantity(s), your country, city, and
postal code and ask for a shipping quote. Then we will promptly reply
with an exact quote.
Global Distributors. There is another alternative.

Security
Shopping online is no longer a new phenomenon. When paying by credit
card on our site, your card details are encrypted for the transaction
(using Secure Socket Layer technology, or SSL) – making it more
secure than giving your card details over the phone. Additionally,
since credit card transactions are processed by Verisign Paynet BEFORE
we see them, we never know your credit card number (we only see a
few digits on either end, the middle digits show up as X’s).
All this means you can feel comfortable using your credit card to
make a purchase online with us.
