Recommendations-Dosage/Usage

One capsule daily between meals with a full glass of water. Do not take other dietary supplements or prescription drugs three hours before or after taking Metal Magnet. Use for eight-week periods between cleansings with our Whole Body Cleanse or Simple Cleanse. Do not exceed three eight-week periods in one year unless directed by a health care practitioner.
