Beta-carotene, vitamin E, vitamin C, selenium, zinc, and manganese all have strong antioxidant powers. And riboflavin helps regenerate antioxidants after they've made free radicals ineffective.

This super-antioxidant also includes a green tea extract and procyanidolic oligomers (PCOs) from grape seeds-antioxidant substances 50 to 200 times more potent than vitamin E. Curcumin, the yellow pigment of Curcuma (turmeric), and N-acetylcysteine, a stable form of the amino acid cysteine, are also powerful antioxidants. In addition, it includes concentrated extracts of cabbage, garlic, ginger, and blue-green algae-foods with a broad range of antioxidant nutrients.
